The End Product
As I continue this journey, I would like to share a little bit of my heart as to why I do what I do. Hence, I would like us to read the following verse: “Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things “(Phillipians 4:8 KJ21). With this in mind, I believe that music is an expression of the soul, spirit, and body; there are certain things that cannot be said, but conveyed and felt through music. For us who serve the living God, it is an expression of our faith. It is a way to translate us from the physical realm to the spiritual realm into the throne room and presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Why go to Him? I have gone through many struggles, pain, and sufferings throughout my life. Hence, He has been there for me as my Provider, Healer, Blesser, Brother, Counselor, my Reedemer, my Fortress, and my God in whom I trust, amongst other predispositions. However, through it all, a series of compositions, melodies, and declarations have taken form; just like a diamond being formed by pressure, the end product and result has been amazing.
